Christmas in Utah

We had a wonderful Christmas. It is always fun to spend time with family and friends. Thanks for all of the fun times this year! Love you all!!

We had our annual Christmas friend party. This year we decided to leave our hubbies and kids behind. I absolutely LOVE hanging out with these girlie's! We started the night out with dinner, then met up with the rest of the girls. We stayed the night at the Marriott. It was a night full of laughing and immaturity. My stomach hurt the next day from so much laughing. I LOVED every minute of it! We did end up getting a good 4 hours of sleep. Thanks for the fun times. Love you!! I am totally up for it next year!

FAMOUS!
Thanks to Cody we were safe! He gave Sar pepper spray for the night. It didn't make it out of the package. Phew...
Checked in and ready for a CRAZY NIGHT!
Thanks for the cute socks Martin.
Finished the party off with some delicious breakfast.

Christmas outfits. Cade wouldn't sit, so I had to be in the picture.

I love this picture. Cade did not like the snow. He screamed the entire time.
Kens loved the snow. She had a full day of playing in the snow. After playing with Billy for a good hour, she went over to my parents and played outside with Poppa for a couple of hours. She would do "Belly Bop" over and over. It is what she would call going down a hill on her belly.

Christmas Activities in Texas

We put up our Christmas decorations the day after Thanksgiving.
Cade loves playing in the laundry basket. You can't really tell but he is in the basket. He thought it was so fun to climb in and then fall out with all of the clothes.
I was trying to take his shirt off and it was stuck. Cade thought it was so funny, he kept laughing each time I tried to pull it off.
Kenslee got her very own pink Christmas tree.

Making some amazing ginger bread houses.
We made snowflakes
Ward Christmas Party

Cade did not like Santa very much.
Ready for Bain's Christmas Party.
I was so excited to show Kenslee my beautiful dress. I walked out all dressed up and asked Kens, "how do I look"? She turned and looked at me, and gave me a funny look and said, "you look like a cow". I was in shock! Not the words that I was expecting to come out of my little girls mouth. I just started laughing and said "what do you mean"? She told me again that my dress made me look like a cow. Then she explained because it is black and white like a cow. Billy could not stop laughing. He told Kens you don't tell mommy that. So the entire night I was wearing this dress I kept thinking "cow". She is so funny. She did tell me I still looked gorgeous. The next day at church she wore a dress that was black and white so I told her she looked like a cow. She didn't get what I was saying at first then she smiled.

He walked around all day with this floaty around him.
Kens loves doing puzzles. She is so good at them. She will sit and do puzzles while she listens to stories. There have been times that this will keep her busy for a good hour.
