Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - July 23-27

Billy and I were lucky enough to go on vacation one last time before the next babe comes. The 23 and 24 were for Billy's work off site, so we thought we would take advantage and extend our stay. Billy's parents were nice enough to come down here to HOT Texas and watch Kens for us. She had a BLAST with Grandma and Grandpa, she loved being spoiled. Thanks Bill and Diana!

The first place we stayed, where Bain paid, was SO nice. We got very spoiled, it was an all inclusive resort. We would just relax at the pool and beach all day and eat so much food. I would get 3 to 4 Pina Colodas a day, both me and the baby liked them a lot!

For the last two days we headed over to the Westin with the rest of the Bain crew. They all have their points from traveling so it was the cheaper place to stay. It was still nice, but a little hard to leave the resort, you do pay for what you get.

Friday night we went and walked downtown, it was pouring, but we didn't mind. We ate at Bubba Gumps, I had some delicious shrimp.

Saturday we went to a little town called Yelapa. We had to take a Water Taxi because there isn't a road that goes to it. We got to walk through the town up to a water fall. This place just got electricity in 2002, it was very interesting walking through and seeing the places that the people live. After the walk, we went back to a beach and relaxed some more. It was a fun day, I am so glad we decided to go there.

I was excited to come home and see Kens, but it was hard to leave the beach and pool and come back to real life. We had a great time, all I can say is that I LOVE vacation!
