It's raining, it's pouring...

It has been so rainy lately. We got Kenslee's rain boots just in time. She was so excited to wear them and play in the rain.
"My favorite color is purple", she tells everyone this. She LOVES her purple. She has a purple room and we just bought her a purple bean bag. She points out everything that is purple. I had no idea that someone could love a color so much. This is her favorite dress with her purple matching shoes. She looks so pretty in purple!

Billy and I were able to have a little weekend get away. It was so nice and very relaxing. We went so far away...Frisco, TX. It was a long 30 minute drive to our resort. Even though it wasn't anywhere amazing it was SO nice. We went to dinner and a movie both nights. We hung out by the pool and went to the temple together. It was a much needed vacation. I could use another one soon!

Kenslee's First Day of School - 9/3/09

I can't believe that my little girl has started school. It hit me that I am going to have a four year old soon, wow! She is my little sweetie. She has always talked a lot, but now it is non stop. She is getting so big and acts like such a big girl. She could not wait for her first day of school. I got so many pictures of her, she was so happy that she kept giving such cute poses. She absolutely loves school. She loves her teacher, Miss Melissa, and she loves playing with all of her friends. It is so fun to see what she did in school for the day and to talk to her about it. I love my girl!!






Kens just started gymnastics, she has so much fun doing it. It is nice to have things to keep my little busy body, busy!

Kenslee and Cade Pictures

I got the kids pictures taken on August 28. Cade was almost 11 months, and I thought I should just do it since I hadn't gotten any pictures of him since he was 3 months old. He has changed a lot I also didn't have any professional pics of the two of them together. I had a few free prints, so it worked out well. They turned out really cute. Here they are...

Game Day

My Dad and Billy's Dad flew in for the BYU vs. Oklahamo game. I have never seen these three so excited. It was seriously like kids in a candy store. It was SO funny to watch them. Saturday was a full day of football. They woke up early, got in their BYU gear and turned on the tube. The game wasn't until 6, but they left at 2:30. They didn't want to miss the kick off. My dad is friends with a coach for BYU, so they got some amazing tickets. They were on the 30 yard line on the 14th row. They all came home hoarse and were so wired. They sat down and started watching the game again. Don't ask me...I thought they just got back from that exact game. Billy's voice was gone for about 4 days. He said that he had to do his part, and because of him, BYU won. I believe him, it was all because of him! We are so glad we got to see Grandpa and Poppa. Kenslee was really confused though, she was wondering where Grandma and Nana were. Thanks Pops for the great tickets. I know that Billy and his dad had a BLAST!
